Description
The Greek Wildlife Care & Rehabilitation Centre (EKPAZ) is based in Aegina. It is the biggest of its kind in the eastern Mediterranean, and one of the few in the world which nurses all sorts of wild animals. Its goal is to provide sufficient care to animals and birds so that they can ultimately be released into their natural habitats. Many schools and organizations, as well as individuals, visit EKPAZ in order to be introduced to its valuable work and offer their support.
